I am available for 1-1 sessions in which one can check-in about their meditation practice and its application in daily life.
This can be on a once-off or ongoing basis.
Personally, I have found it very helpful in my life to check in from time to time with more experienced mentors.
Sometime we just need a container to verbalise and externalise our thoughts to makes sense of our life in the presence of another who can bear witness as we stand on a threshold of transformation.
As a facilitator of retreats I often feel that there isn't enough support out there for the period of integration after the end of the retreat so that is another motivation for me offering 1-1 sessions.
A session lasts around 45 minutes to an hour.
Usually we will take a few minutes of silent meditation to settle into the space together.
Then there will be an opportunity for you to bring anything that's of curiosity for you in your practice or life at the moment.
The session can be quite conversational in tone or it can take a more formal shape in which whatever is arising for one is held in a meditative space and together we inquire and explore the topic in a contemplative space.
It's an exploratory, meditative space.
A 1-1 session is offered without charge but as always there is an opportunity to offer a donation (dāna).
